Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Copyloom ("Copyloom," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, dashboard, and AI marketing assistant (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Copyloom is a platform that lets creators upload and sell digital products — such as e-books and courses — through their own shareable link. The Service also includes an AI marketing assistant that helps creators generate and refine marketing copy for their products through a conversational chat interface.

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. Account registration and authentication are handled through our infrastructure provider, Supabase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You retain full ownership of the digital products, descriptions, and other content you upload to the Service ("Creator Content"). By uploading Creator Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, host, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you and your customers.

You are solely responsible for your Creator Content and confirm that you have all necessary rights to upload, sell, and distribute it. You may not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, is unlawful, or violates these Terms.

Our AI marketing assistant uses a third-party AI service (see Section 7) to generate marketing copy based on the product details and instructions you provide. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or sending it — we do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of any AI-generated output.

Free accounts are limited to a fixed number of AI assistant messages. Once this limit is reached, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the AI assistant. We may change usage limits or introduce new pricing tiers at our discretion.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or sell content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of any third party;
• Use the AI marketing assistant to generate content that is deceptive, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise harmful;
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls; or
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

The Service relies on third-party providers to operate, including:

• Supabase — for account authentication, database storage, and file storage; and
• Anthropic — whose API processes the messages you send to the AI marketing assistant in order to generate responses.

Your use of the Service is also subject to the availability and performance of these third-party providers, which are outside of our control.

The Service itself — including its design, software, and branding — is owned by Copyloom and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Copyloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including damages resulting from AI-generated content or third-party service outages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Copyloom is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer-protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
